I received the helmet with a defective sun visor! It doesn't work! They have been unresponsive to all messages for over 10 days! I don't know how I will file a complaint considering they are unresponsive!!

Nice helmet, but too small
I have tried on other Scorpion helmets in the past, including some from the current lineup, and I have always been a small. When I put on this helmet, my head was pressed against the hard EPS foam. Definitely size up in this one. Same build and material quality as other Scorpion products in this price range.
