Great light and breezy helmet!
My head is 22.25 inches and the medium fits perfectly. This is my favorite helmet now -- super light and best ventilation I've had and it beats my Leatt GPX Ghost Five helmet for comfort and ventilation. I live in the southern US, so ventilation is key.
