So misst Du Deine Größe:

Körpergröße
Um Deine Körpergröße exakt zu bestimmen, stelle Dich ohne Schuhe auf einen ebenen Untergrund, am besten mit dem Rücken an eine gerade Wand. Achte darauf, dass Dein Kopf, Deine Schultern und Dein Gesäß die Wand leicht berühren. Nutze ein Maßband oder einen Gliedermaßstab und miss vom höchsten Punkt Deines Kopfes (Scheitel) senkrecht bis zur Fußsohle. Eine zweite Person kann Dir helfen, das Maßband gerade zu halten und die exakte Höhe abzulesen.

Brustumfang
Um den Brustumfang richtig zu messen, lege das Maßband waagerecht um Deinen Oberkörper an der stärksten Stelle der Brust. Achte darauf, dass das Maßband nicht zu eng anliegt und parallel zum Boden verläuft. Atme normal ein und aus, um ein realistisches Maß zu erhalten. Es kann hilfreich sein, die Messung vor einem Spiegel durchzuführen oder eine zweite Person um Unterstützung zu bitten.

Taillenumfang
Der Taillenumfang wird an der schmalsten Stelle Deines Rumpfes gemessen – in der Regel befindet sich diese knapp oberhalb des Bauchnabels. Stelle sicher, dass das Maßband waagerecht verläuft und eng anliegt, aber nicht einschneidet. Atme entspannt und halte eine natürliche Haltung ein, um ein genaues Ergebnis zu erhalten.

Hüftumfang
Um den Hüftumfang zu messen, stelle Dich aufrecht hin und führe das Maßband waagerecht um die stärkste Stelle Deiner Hüfte und Deines Gesäßes. Achte darauf, dass das Maßband parallel zum Boden verläuft und nicht verdreht ist. Eine zweite Person oder ein Spiegel kann dabei helfen, eine präzise Messung durchzuführen.

Schrittlänge
Die Schrittlänge wird entlang der Beininnenseite vom Schritt bis zur Fußsohle gemessen. Stelle Dich dafür gerade hin, am besten barfuß. Falls möglich, lasse Dir von einer zweiten Person helfen, um eine genauere Messung zu erhalten. Eine praktische Methode ist es, eine Hose mit guter Passform auszumessen: Lege sie flach hin und miss die innere Beinlänge vom Schritt bis zum unteren Saum.

Casque vraiment top
Après 3'000 km d'utilisation, ce casque est vraiment ce qui me convient. Il est très confortable, assez silencieux et la visibilité est vraiment bonne.

Sehr guter Helm für Dualsport ADV Fahrer
Der Helm ist schnell von Strasse zu Offroard umgerüstet - d.h. Visier kann ganz nach oben und dann eine normale Motocorss-Brille getragen werden. Belüftung flexibel einstellbar und das beste - der Trinkschlauch vom Camelbag kann bleiben, da vorne genügend Platz.
Schönes großes Sichtfeld, viel Zubehör, Schild kann abgenommen werden und somit auch als Integral Helm verwendet werden,
