Okay, could be better
The helmet is relatively light, but has fairly thick padding that I assume will become more comfortable with seasons of use.
One concern I had was that the plastic snap button on the chin strap broke while removing the helmet and pulling the strap through the d-ring closure. I replaced it myself with a stronger metal snap button.
The size fits true, but beware you’ll have to break in the helmet over a number of days to make it comfortable.
