Die Handbreite misst du an der breitesten Stelle deiner Handfläche, meist im Bereich des Handballens unterhalb der Finger. Lege das Massband waagerecht um die Hand oder miss den Abstand von der äusseren zur inneren Kante der Handfläche. Achte darauf, dass die Hand entspannt ist und das Massband nicht einschneidet.
