Den Kopfumfang misst du, indem du das Maßband einmal waagerecht um deinen Kopf legst. Führe es etwa einen Zentimeter oberhalb der Augenbrauen über die Stirn und um den Hinterkopf an der breitesten Stelle. Achte darauf, dass das Maßband rundum auf gleicher Höhe verläuft und weder verrutscht noch zu straff sitzt, um ein genaues Ergebnis zu erhalten.

Il est très confortable pour ce genre d'usage je recommande ce produit juste faire attention si vous êtes sensible des oreilles car ils n'y a rien entre la coque en fibre et votre oreille c'est bien car on peut tout entendre mais pour un usage comme la moto cela peut déranger surtout avec le vent.
Si vous avez un grand coup le casque descend bas ce qui le protège d vent et du froid.
